This prompt, is the best prompt generating prompt I've used, it's also the most talked about prompt on the OpenAI discord server.
What's impressive is that it was created around 14-15 months ago, buy an individual named as QuickSilver who I've had multiple telephone calls with. Interesting chap. The fact he created this when 3.5 was around is really impressive.
Simply copy and paste the full prompt into ChatGPT (Claude won't like this as it doesn't like acting as anything but itself) once you send the prompt, there will be some back and forth it will select an appropriate persona and then create the perfect prompt for your needs.

OpenAI has unveiled a new model called gpt-4o-2024-08-06, and it's packing a punch with a feature called Structured Outputs (This is more of a use case for developers and using the API). In simple terms, this means AI can now take messy, human-like instructions and turn them into perfectly organized data – every single time.

FLUX
Midjourney might just be in trouble! Flux, (created by the original team that launched Stable Diffusion who recently left Stability AI), I would argue is on pay with Midjourney in terms of quality.
It's open source and as you can see from the images, it has anatomy (hands and fingers) nailed down! It is also unbelievable at text generation, just look at the images above!
Anyway, if you want to give this a go, you have a few options and there are a couple of different models. The top tier model you will need a premium poe subscription, if you have that click here. There's a free version which is called Flux.1 Schnell which is only slightly less quality, and you can give that a go for free here (poe - Signup required) or here (hugging face - no signup required).

The robots are designed to autonomously perform taks such as position sheet metal with high precision and handling objects with dexterity, thanks to their advanced AI systems by OpenAI.
